It is hard to believe, that when I took this photograph, at our daughter's 10th Birthday Party, a week later you passed from our lives. Not a day goes by that I wish I'd spent more time with you, and that I'd told you more often how proud I was of your courage over the last 3.5 years. I will always love you, and think of you with a smile in my heart and sometimes with one of my face.
